Time Trials

The Club hosts a weekly Time Trial on a Wednesday evening. 

Runners start 6pm

Walkers Start 5:30pm

There is a Lucky Draw Prize for all who participate. 

On the first Wednesday of the month we do the Time Trial route in reverse and enjoy a social bring and braai after the run.
